Ashville Residential Home is regulated by testst CSSIW and registered to provide Dementia / Mental infirmity care and Nursing care for maximum of 35 residents.

We aim to provide care to a standard of excellence based on good practice, evaluated through internal and external monitoring and quality control systems and in accordance with the requirements as set out in the Care Homes (Wales) Regulations 2002.

Dignity, privacy and choice of care are our highest priority.

We provide all necessary furniture in our resident’s room and we decorate the room as per resident personal choice.

We conduct regular events and activities. Our activities are planned around interest and abilities of the residents. Keeping active is always important for good health, so our activities coordinator will organise outside visits and in house entertainment. Residents who have special hobbies or interests are always encouraged.

Our kitchen received a 5-star rating at the recent Food Standards Agency inspection. We provide home cooked food using mostly fresh local produce. Healthy nutritious food and drinks are essential for good health and wellbeing. Our staff will discuss with residents or their representative about food preference and any special dietary needs required will be recorded in their personal care plan.
